Rethinking Burnout. Redefining Resilience.

Because being able to carry it all doesn't mean you should have to.

A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE

A Different Conversation About Burnout

We've gotten pretty good at recognizing burnout. We talk about exhaustion, overwhelm, and the importance of self-care.

But what if we're asking the wrong questions?

What if burnout isn't always about doing too much, but about doing too much of what doesn't align with our values, our needs, or the lives we're trying to build?

I'm Elizabeth Carr, a licensed therapist, clinical supervisor, and mental health consultant with more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health, leadership, and professional education.

I help individuals and organizations rethink the relationship between achievement, burnout, and resilience.

Through evidence-informed education, relatable storytelling, and a little humor, I challenge audiences to consider a different approach to sustainable success, one that makes room for boundaries, recovery, and rest.

Because resilience shouldn't mean becoming better at tolerating exhaustion.
